The property includes over 5600 square feet of lavishly furnished living space, a gourmet kitchen, a custom wine cellar built to hold over 1000 bottles (wine is included for your convenience), oversized rooms, abundant storage space, and amenities throughout. Reasonable Pricing for Lavish Rooms

Each bedroom offers a Queen or King sized bed, abundant closet space, lavish furnishings, and gorgeous views. The property itself offers abundant space, inside and out, for meetings, relaxing, eating, and planning; including over 14,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space, an oversized pool, and spa.

Abundant Work Space

From oversized rooms with vaulted ceilings to over 14,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space (actual patio space and not just lot size), there is more than enough room to store supplies, run through conference plans, unwind, and entertain... no additional fees for storage or meeting rooms (often expensive, if even available). There is a 60 foot driveway inside the gates with separate RV parking if needed. This area accommodates up to 9 cars inside gates. Included with the daily rate... you are able to invite up to 20 additional people to the property during the day. This presents the perfect opportunity to meet with and impress suppliers, competitors, and associates.

Employee Accountability and Bonding:

Do you know where your employees are? With your core conference staff in one location, you will know exactly what is going on. You will be able to ensure that they are not drinking or gambling the night away; that they are rested, up-to-date, and ready for work the next day; and that they have had time to unwind and gear up for rest of the conference. You will not only be able to use this time for work but also to encourage communication and cooperation among coworkers.

Private Chef

Private chef services are often a luxury that many overlook or dismiss as being "out of their budget." Surprisingly, having a personal chef prepare meals (especially dinner) can be more economical, enjoyable, and relaxing than going out. The personal chef can work with dietary needs, work schedules, and large parties (often a problem at restaurants). There are a number of chefs who have worked this property... they can provide everything from private meals to wait staff and bartenders for large parties. Limo Service To and From the Airport

Have a private limo take your party from McCarran Airport to 4210 East Quail as you arrive in town and then from the estate back to the airport at the end of your trip.

Grocery Delivery:

Food is one of the biggest challenges for vacation rentals... arriving with no food in the house and having to search around town for a store. We work hard to eliminate this problem for you. First, we always leave you complimentary snacks and essentials (you are never completely without food). Next, we offer, and recommend, the grocery delivery service offered by Vons.com. For a $15 delivery fee, Von's will deliver right to the property. You place your order at Vons.com, choose a 2 hour window for delivery, and then wait for the delivery. Von's will bring your groceries right into the kitchen at the Quail Estate... all you have to do is put them away. Please make sure to have your groceries delivered after you have Checked-In to the property.

In-House Massage and/or Yoga:

A team of massage therapists are available to make house calls to Quail Estate guests. Massage therapists offer therapeutic massage and yoga instruction based on individual assessment and need. Granted, most conference attendees are here to work... however, we understand that you may also want a night off on the town. No one does Las Vegas entertainment better than our concierge.
